Happy Friday everyone! I’ve got just the recipe for you to kick off the weekend right:

vegan chocolate peanut butter cupcakes! I can’t think of anything better than indulging in a moist and utterly chocolaty chocolate cupcake topped with the most creamy peanut butter icing swirl at the end of a long, busy week. Can you?


Chocolate and peanut butter is one of my all time favourite flavour combinations and this recipe hits just the right note. It’s sweet but not too sweet, just the right amount of soft and sticky and the creamy peanut butter icing is so scrumptious, it’ll make you lick your fingers clean so not to waste any. Trust me, these cupcakes are GOOD!


I love cupcakes because I can pile them sky-high with dreamy frosting and enjoy each and every bite. These dark chocolate cupcakes are a dream come true for anyone who is a cake or frosting lover – they are truly the best of both worlds.



The chocolate cupcake base is rich, soft, and moist…all of my requirements for a cupcake! And that peanut butter frosting…mmm mmm good! Slightly sweet and filled with rich peanut butter, you’ll want to just dig in with a spoon. And hey, go ahead, I won’t judge! I am not going to lie to you, it’s not low-cal, nor low-sugar, but hey, it’s a holiday. Do me a favour and eat a spoonful straight up. Preferably a big spoonful. You won’t be able to resist – promise.
