Chocolate Wholemeal Swirl Bread

From the soft white dough to the most luscious chocolate dough (ever), this vegan chocolate wholemeal swirl bread tastes just as heavenly as it looks. Without any egg replacements or unusual ingredients, this vegan treat is all you ever need for breakfast, or snack, or dessert. It’s chewy and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness and chocolate.



This loaf was inspired by a similar bread I often ate as a kid when I visited Japan. I’ve always loved chocolate, and chocolate into bread is delicious on a whole other level. There’s a special kind of magic hidden in the twists and swirls of this well-baked chocolate bread. Eat it plain or toast it and top it with peanut butter, pair it with a hot cup of coffee and you’re set!
