Sayy hello to my latest tofu obsession! Full of sweet, sticky, and spicy flavour, this maple Sriracha tofu has the most addictive homemade sauce that’s a little sweet, a little spicy, and perfectly sticky for coating those crispy tofu bites. Skip the takeout and sriracha it up at home! This sweet and spicy sriracha tofu is fiery, flavourful, and totally vegan too! I’m loving this sweet and spicy tofu paired with crisp-yet-tender broccoli and fluffy jasmine rice for a homemade tofu bowl that rivals take-out options



Tofu is one of the best and easiest plant-based ingredients with good amount of protein. Tofu itself is very bland. It does not have any flavor to it. However, It soaks up any flavours very well due to its spongy texture. This particular dish uses maple and sriracha as the main ingredients for the sauce. The tofu is then simmered in the sauce to give it that extra sweet, spicy and tangy kick!
