No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Cups

I am a chocolate addict. That’s right. But I also love peanut butter. The combination of both is simply heaven. I bought a bag of rice puff cereal quite a few weeks ago, but they’ve just been sitting in my cupboard waiting a little inspiration. Therefore, I really had to create this recipe for these vegan no bake peanut butter chocolate crunch cups. And it was a good decision because when one candy bar isn’t enough you’ve got no choice left but to fuse them together into one glorious pb chocolate cup. Crunchy, crispy, smooth and creamy and all words to describe these no bake cups. You bite into it and are met with of these, which are a texture lovers dream!



When it comes to flavour pairings, I really don’t think much can come between pb and chocolate. You will love this recipe if you can answer the following 3 simple questions with yes: 1) do you adore chocolate and pb? 2) do you like a crunchy dessert which is also moist and gooey? 3) are you busy and want an easy 4-ingredient no-bake recipe? Snack, dessert or a healthy alternative to a traditional candy bar, these healthy no bake cups will satisfy any pb + chocolate + cereal lover out there! This is my favourite kind of dessert – one that looks like I spent a lot of time making but doesn’t require a ton of effort.
