If you find yourself rushing in the morning, struggle to find time for a healthy breakfast or snacks, have picky eaters to feed, or a bus of your own to catch, this vegan peanut butter chocolate granola bar recipe is for you. Because they’re a no bake recipe, they take only a few minutes to make, are made from simple ingredients, and can last for weeks, so you’ll always have them at the ready. Plus, they are super yummy, filling, and healthy too!
Quaker peanut butter granola bars used to be my weakness. They are sweet, moist, chewy and delicious! One day, as I was strolling down the cereal isle at the grocery store, I decided to look at the ridiculous list of ingredients on the box. I lost count…there must have been 20+ ingredients, which of course included corn syrup solids, oils and the worst…artificial sweeteners! So, not only will you save money by making your own bars, but you’ll also be 100% in control of what’s going into the granola bars.
