Pumpkin Dinner Rolls

It’s not even November yet and I’ve already gone through 2 pumpkins and 5 cans of puree. Things are getting serious in here..... Also, since the holidays are just around the corner, I wanted to kick up my dinner rolls a notch for the holidays. What better way to do so than with pumpkin?! This super easy vegan pumpkin rolls is a new twist on your favourite dinner rolls!



Fall is officially upon us, and these dinner rolls are great for making with kids (and adults!) They are so fluffy, so soft, and warm up perfectly and make a great centrepiece for a party! These easy and healthy pumpkin dinner rolls are simply delicious. They take a little time to make but it’s very simple and worth every second. They look utterly festive which makes them the perfect side dish for Halloween or Thanksgiving. You can probably tell by now that I love pumpkin recipes and autumn in general. Homemade bread just oozes the feeling of comfort like hardly anything else.



What is better than a buttery soft roll to enjoy while you have a delicious meal. All vegan of course. The pumpkin puree is the secret to soft and fluffy bread. The pumpkin holds the moisture in so the rolls always come out of the oven soft & fluffy and stay soft & fluffy!

Wouldn’t they be absolutely amazing for breakfast with some butter, jam, or even peanut butter with jelly? And, of course, a big cup of tea or coffee. Ah, someone please stop me from eating!
