As far as I am concerned, a perfectly assembled superfood breakfast that’s waiting in the fridge for me each morning is the new breakfast in bed. And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing lately: preparing my breakfast at night, then letting the chis seeds soak, release its enzymes, and expand. Did you know that tiny black and white chia seeds are the richest plant-based source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for keeping you heart healthy? On top of that, they provide dietary fibre, protein and antioxidants. The fun thing about chia seeds is that even though their gel-like texture makes a statement, they have no flavour, so you can make your chia pudding taste how you wish.
This chia pudding has a secret ingredient..... tofu which makes this breakfast bowl so much creamier and boost up the protein content. Brb guys, gonna fill my hungry belly with this delicious, satisfying and effortless vegan strawberry tahini blended chia pudding.
