Two-Tone Pesto Twist

We all know how much I love things that are super easy, and whipping up a batch of these beautiful two tone pesto twists is just that, easy. They might look intricate, but don’t be fooled, it’s really a roll, slice, twist and go kind of situation!

The swirls of pesto go all the way through these bread, meaning every mouthful is full of as much flavour as possible. I’ve made these twists two types of pesto, to maximise and compliment flavour, but you can use just one kind if you have a particular preference for one or the other!

There is something special about fresh baked bread right out of the oven but when you add pesto swirled inside a bread, it takes it up several notches. The aroma of pesto and fresh bread is heavenly. Can life get any better?

They’re pillowy, tender, soft and filled with two types of pesto. Who could resist eating them straight from the oven while they’re still warm and the light crust is still lightly crusty, and no seriously, I'll be right back because I need to go get another one of these bread right now 🙌🏻 for the love of pesto.

Finally, be sure to use every bit of the olive oil in the pesto to brush the pan and the bread, because the oil is what gives the bread their ultra-softness with a hint of crust. It’s. so. good.

Palm Springs has nothing on these twisted bread. Except palm trees and sunshine and all that stuff, but otherwise, these breads win.
