You don’t feel like eating your veggies today? No problem, just eat this vegan green monster veggie burger served in homemade burger bun instead. It is not only super delicious but also packed with tons of vitamins and minerals. Who knew that a burger could be this healthy?!
In the last couple of months of being plant-based, I had my fair share of veggie burgers. Some of them fell apart, some were mushy in the middle, or they just didn’t taste that exciting. So with the goal in mind to create the ultimate, delicious but not too complicated burger patty, I came up with this green veggie burger and it is everything I ever wanted. So who says burgers can’t be green? Fight me!
Friends, I present to you the ultimate vegan green veggie burger. I’m super excited to share with you this recipe for a nutritious mega tasty veggie burger, full of green goodness, fresh herby flavours and 20 grams of protein per burger. It is for all of you green warriors out there, making more environmentally-friendly and compassionate choices every day! This green veggie/vegan burger has everything you need and lots more nutrients, that a beef burger will simply not provide. It really does sound like the ultimate mix of ingredients and since it holds together it automatically trumps like 90% of veggie burgers out there already. Plus green always feels healthier somehow #eatyourgreens!
For these awesome monster green burgers I turned to one of my favourite flavour combinations, pea and mint. These two flavours just remind me of the British countryside. Fresh, fragrant and bursting with colour! I’ve wanted to make a green veggie burger patty for such a long time, but my list of delicious vegan things to make gets longer and longer every day, so it took me quite a while to finally make such a green burger. I probably could live off this list for years to come. Haha!
