Avocado Mango Smoothie Bowl

I’ve been drinking a green smoothie for a few years now. There’s a certain sense of accomplishment that comes with working out and getting in two servings each of fruit and vegetables in the morning. This vegan avocado mango smoothie bowl is naturally sweet, energising, rich in antioxidants and fiber. I’m talking mango, avocado, spinach, banana, and coconut milk with all the toppings, of course. This smoothie has a nice sweetness and slight mango flavour to them. It ise also SUPER creamy thanks to the avocado…



And ya know what you get from all those beautiful ingredients mixed into one delicious package? Health. You get health. In many ways, shapes, and forms. I’ll expand.

Mangos: antioxidants, fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, and alkalising acids.

Avocados: contain almost 20 vitamins and minerals, fiber, folate, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids (healthy fats).

Raw Spinach: niacin, zinc, folate, calcium, iron, potassium, protein, and vitamins A, C, E, and K.

Bananas: fiber, vitamin B6, potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, folate, and iron.

Coconut Milk: lauric acid (healthy fat), manganese, protein, copper, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and potassium.

So, this is one kick-butt smoothie bowl in the health and taste departments.



Avocados really are wonderful in smoothies because they add a creamy texture and give the smoothie extra volume, in a similar way that bananas do. Even my mother who doesn’t like smoothies at all, loved them… and that is saying something! Not only that, I also couldn’t find the taste of raw spinach. This bowl has so much goodness in them, that your body will be thanking you for all the nutrients (while your taste buds will be thanking you for for the tasty goodness)! Trust me I was so amazed, it is delicious. I couldn’t find the taste of raw spinach. Also, sweetness of mango and banana balanced well with creaminess of avocado. You won’t miss any sweetener in this.
