I don’t think I’ve ever met a person who doesn't like alfredo pasta. It’s so rich, creamy, and classically Italian. It’s practically irresistible. This vegan one pot garlic fettuccine alfredo is seriously so quick and tastes very gourmet. You would never guess that it’s ready in less than 30 minutes and made with only one pot. 😉
This vegan version kicks the “regular” versions ass.Like literally sweeps the floor with it. I literally licked the bowl (i get cray like that). Is that bad to admit? It’s just one of those things you keep eating and saying to yourself “OMG this is sooo (grunting) good!” Followed by a ton of Mmm’s. And you’re like stomping your foot on the floor. Ok, I know I’m getting carried away here....
I love that you can make this and have leftover cheese for a possible dipping sauce? For spoons? Or anything that is dippable? Is that even a word? Well it is now.
This pasta recipe is great with spinach added, or served alongside other veggies and sides of choice, and can easily accommodate the addition of your favourite “cheesy” ingredients too, so make it your own, but know that I also love it in its basic form.
Ok I won’t hold out any longer…I’m hitting it out of the park with this one (and the crowd goes wild). HAHA!
