Chocolate brownies are great on their own, sure, but the addition of strawberries add an amazing balance to the intense chocolate. Oh my gawwwwd, the final product is delicious. The flavours really complement each other. These vegan strawberry chocolate brownies are a winner. I mean, you could totally serve up chocolate brownies. But if you want to take it to the next level, I suggest these brownies. I personally don’t have a sweet tooth but every now and then a little craving for something sweeter than usual sets in. I prefer avoiding sugar so I usually turn to fruits for my sweet fix.
Made with almond flour and without eggs or dairy, you won’t believe these ooey, gooey brownies are also vegan! Before you roll your eyes, hear me out. they have all the best parts of a classic brownie- ooey, gooey in the center, they also have a generous burst of fresh strawberries and chocolate to take it up a notch. The freshness of the strawberries is the perfect thing to cut through the richness of the chocolate. How yum is that?!
